Dry Brushing For
Face + Body

Everything you need to know about this global beauty ritual, how it will enhance welllness and the best way to dry brush, step-by-step.
Dry Brushing 101 Tutorial

How to Dry Brush Your Face

Use light, gentle pressure starting on the neck and moving up the face from the midline out towards your hairline.

Dry brush once daily on dry skin (don’t use with water or product).

Brush in the morning after splashing skin with water (and patting dry) to depuff + brighten skin, then follow with toner and serum/cream.

How to Dry Brush Your Body

Brush upwards with gentle, short strokes towards your heart.

Always use light pressure – the point isn’t to scrub off your skin, but to gently, effectively get blood and lymphatic fluid moving!

The best time to dry brush your body is before showering and apply Body Oil/Butter after drying off.
